Terms of sale

Last updated 11 September 2026. These terms apply when you buy a ChatCart license from LumeniadApS.

The product

ChatCart is a WordPress / WooCommerce plugin. A license is a yearly right to use the Pro features on the number of sites in your plan (Starter 1 site; Shop 5 sites; Agency 25 sites). Lite (no key) is free and limited to a generic greeting.

Version 1 is click-to-chat. It does not send automatic WhatsApp messages and does not include the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

Payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe. LumeniadApS is the merchant of record. EU VAT is added where required when Stripe Tax is enabled. Refunds for digital products follow our support email unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.

License

The plugin source is GPL-2.0-or-later, as required for WordPress. The paid license key unlocks Pro features and support. You may not share the key. We may disable a key that is used on far more sites than the plan allows.

Support

Email steerup.support@lumeniad.com. Agency includes priority support. We do not operate your WhatsApp account or your WooCommerce shop.

Danish law

These terms are governed by Danish law. The venue is the courts of Denmark, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
