How it works

Step 1

Shopper is on a product

They like the linen shirt but they want to ask about size, shipping, or paying on WhatsApp.

Step 2

They tap Ask on WhatsApp

WhatsApp opens. The product name, SKU, price, variation, and link are already in the message.

Step 3

You answer a real order

No empty “hello?”. You confirm stock and send a payment link. That is the whole product.

Questions

Is this the WhatsApp Business API?

No. Version 1 is click-to-chat: a smart wa.me link. You answer on your phone. Automatic cart reminders are a later add-on.

Do shoppers pay inside the plugin?

No. ChatCart starts the conversation. You take payment the way you already do — link, bank, cash on delivery.

What if I only have WordPress, not WooCommerce?

The floating button still works. Product and cart details need WooCommerce.

Can I try it before paying?

Download the plugin, install it, and leave the license key empty for Lite (generic greeting). A license unlocks product + cart text.
