Who we are

This website

If you buy a license, Stripe processes your payment, name, email, and billing details. We receive enough information to issue a license key. We do not store card numbers.

If Meta Pixel or GA4 IDs are configured, those tools may set cookies to measure ads. Until those IDs are filled, this site does not load them.

The experiment board stores anonymous click events (page view, demo tap, checkout click) on the server that hosts this site so we can decide whether to keep selling ChatCart.

The WordPress plugin

ChatCart runs on the shop owner’s WordPress site. Shopper taps open WhatsApp (wa.me) with a pre-filled message. ChatCart does not send WhatsApp messages through the Cloud API and does not create a shopper account.

Optional Pro settings: the shop owner may add their own Meta Pixel or GA4 ID. That data stays with the shop owner. License checks may send the license key and site URL to our license endpoint.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA you can ask for access, correction, or deletion of license records by emailing steerup.support@lumeniad.com. Payment data is handled under Stripe’s privacy policy.
